Nurses of Vision: Shaping Their Profession

Given the opportunities in health care today, nurses, it would seem, have little time to rest.

There's clinical practice, teaching, research, and administration, and nurses often juggle two or more roles at a time. They also carve out time to lead advisory boards and professional organizations. In doing so, nurses give voice to important changes that are needed to advance practice on behalf of their peers and patients.
