You can help protect Emory nurses
The world continues to face an unprecedented challenge with communities and economies everywhere affected by COVID-19. At each turn, our students have marched toward these challenges. Emory nursing is leading in the effort to prevent, detect, and respond to the pandemic through clinical care, education, and research.
News cycles may shift focus, but our students and faculty are entering the gravest days of the pandemic. Students are assuming clinical roles at six mass COVID-19 testing sites across Georgia, and faculty are:
• Designing crisis management protocols
• Streamlining healthcare operations
• Researching treatments and solutions for COVID-19
• Advocating for frontline workers' safety at the state and national level
Please partner with us in this vital work by supporting the Emory SON COVID-19 Fund. Doing so will cover PPE for clinical rotations outside of Emory Healthcare, nurses’ mental health care, and other crucial needs.
Even a gift of $5 can buy a mask that protects the life of an Emory nurse.
Thank you for helping to keep our community safe.
